JollyWith each step, her heart grew heavy. Just where was she going? Where... Where was she? She was in the darkness. So where in this darkness was she? The darkness was probably her most hated enemy. She hated it. The darkness made her feel alone. So alone.
It was so dark...
So silent.
She shook her head, her brown pom-pom styled hair bounced slightly with each shake. She couldn't stay here! Ah... there was a voice? Where? As she opened her own lips, she tried to let her voice ring out, yet nothing came. Where was it? Her tanned skinny fingers touched her throat and her eyes widened. Wh-What? No sound? She tried to scream, hoping that one sound would come out. There was nothing still. Again and again she would try to scream, and yet nothing continued to come out of her mouth. Not even a squeak. What was this madness? Could she not speak? Still, she looked up and noticed nothing around her. Only the blackness. Another step.
Another step.
And yet another step.
Soon, those steps turned into jogs. Those jogs turned into a run. That run quickly turned into a sprint. She was sprinting to find an answer. To what? Who was she? Why was she here? WHAT was she?
Time passed and she couldn't run much further. She slowly slowed down her sprint into a run, then a jog, then a walk, then barely a few steps before collapsing to her knees. She couldn't... find an answer. Somebody! Answer! She once again tried to scream, yet still, nothing came out. Eyes opening wide, there was something different around here. A light appeared before her. A small light. Like that of a little bouncy ball... cause that's what it was like. The light bounced and bounced in front of her before jumping and staying in the air. Before it appeared a screen that read simple letters:
[ You seek answers. I can give them ]
Blinking, the tanned girl sat up, slowly, reaching up for the glowing ball of light. She needed to know. This thing would give her answers. Her fingers wrapped around the ball of light, before grasping it. The light exploded in a harmless explosion, light particles being suspended in mid air before swirling around her. The lights turned into screens around, feeding her all of this information. Music... So much music... Words. And... something else.
The one screen that made her pause was a screen that had... many words on it.

"....Syn..."
Was that... her? She blinked. Her voice. It was here. Before she could say another word, everything shone a bright white before she opened her eyes again.
What? Where was she NOW?
On a... couch? She blinked and looked around. "Syn..."
She wanted answers.
And she got them.
A smile came upon her face as she found herself getting up from the couch, searching the place for the food that she was now craving.
Chocolate.
